The Original Doughnut Bar founders realized they had such a shared passion for great- tasting food , they decided to team up to launch a one-of-a-kind doughnut concept. With over 50 years of food and beverage experience and many successful restaurant openings and turn -arounds they decided it was time to launch their own concept, and create their own brand and so The Original Doughnut Bar was born in 2020. With their vast experience in the doughnut, pizza and wings business, the founders decided to take a conventional business such as doughnuts and create unique flavors and combinations of flavors never seen before. ODB, as the founders passionately refer to their brand, is the first liquor- infused and liquor -glazed doughnut concept in the Las Vegas market. ODB’s Pink and gray unique- designed building serves up it’s tasty variety of doughnuts accompanied by nationally acclaimed Peet’s coffee.

The Ones In Charge
Jeff Pappas has more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience with a strong focus on the restaurant and service industries. He has held executive positions with multiple growth brands with responsibility for recruiting, training, unit expansion, franchising, and all facets of operations. Jeff has particular skill in start up and turnaround scenarios.
In the past, Jeff has served as president of a regional gourmet pizza/pasta chain, McKenzie River Pizza, winner of the 1998 Hot Concept award given by Nations Restaurant News. Jeff was one of the co-founders of Evening Call, A local MGM/ Caesars casino-based daiquiri bar. Jeff was responsible for negotiating the first four unit deals with Caesars and MGM.
Nick Raymond’s career spans more than 30 years of operational and consulting experience within the restaurant and nightlife industries. Nick has consulted, opened and managed numerous, renowned and iconic concepts and venues nationally and worldwide. He is currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for the Original Doughnut Bar.
Michael Pappas is the former Director of Training at The Dapper Doughnut before leaving to become a part of the ODB operations team as Director of Operations. He has overseen services including payroll, product ordering, inventory management, operations, training manuals, staff hiring, recruiting and sales training. He is currently serving as Director of Operations for the Original Doughnut Barr.
